Can you hold furniture at your warehouse until my install date?
Yes. When freight arrives before the site is ready, we receive and hold pieces at our Palm Beach warehouse, then release them on white-glove final-mile delivery when your install date is set.
How long can you hold furniture in storage?
Hold duration depends on warehouse capacity and your project timeline. Tell us your target install date and we will confirm what we can accommodate.
What areas do you serve?
We operate from our Stuart, Florida warehouse and serve Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. We also serve Metro Atlanta from our Monroe, Georgia location.
Do you provide certificates of insurance (COIs)?
Yes. We provide certificates of insurance for buildings, design studios, and commercial clients. Share your COI requirements and we will make sure the documentation is in place.
Is my furniture inspected while in storage?
Pieces are inspected when they arrive at the warehouse and before they leave on final-mile delivery. Photo documentation is taken before pieces leave.
